the fox is back

Yes Im back after being kicked off for ridding another site of a serial pest, lets just say I took a bullet to rid the AGM site of a serial pest.

Firstly to Jarl, I was at the AGM. I was sitting behind you, I believe you were the early 30 something sitting by yourself looking around the room searching for the Fox, and all along I was sitting behind you. Just to prove it, the MD was very keen to spill his beans on a number of issues and was often helped along by the chairman who answered many of his questions. The drinks were cut off early until we complained , and they served finger food, including spring rolls and curry puffs. Also the MD muttered to a question , that we all would enjoy $3-00.

Secondly, there is a rumour on a takeover. When I left the AGM it was evident that a lot of information remains secret. I beleive that 3M will try and sign MIKOH to an agreement, but if MIKOH proves to be unmanageable then I am sure that a takeover is possible , however I think what is more likely 3M will buy the rights to the smart card technology.

I know for a fact that Mikoh has an asking price of around 100million for the right for 3M to use the technology, 50 millon annually and a share in profits from the car regos.

In saying this I believe MIKOH has probably already tabled a figure of 400 -500 milion for 3M to make MIKOH disappear.

And finally who is JJ Holdings. They have bought and sold this quantity of shares often during the shareholding with 3M. More likely it is JJ Holdings moving some shareholdings into superfunds in readyness of the massive push north.

Either way this company is all good and whether it be future sales or takeover, they currently hold the holy grail to car registration, and the management are fully wired in to maximise our returns in the very near future and I now beleive that $3 is there target through sales or buyout.
