Are you referring to those who currently survive or those thousands of people who die? Beyond the people are the resources, days on ventilator etc.
If you want actual data on potential cost benefit perhaps ask Novartis, or Mesoblast. But remember the previous ARDS landscape is very much wider than COVID19.
