This must have come from someone I've got on ignore. Good, because it's rubbish. A feeble attempt at negative propaganda.

Amongst the costs of SOC that are common to if not greater than Rem-L are:
skilled staff
mental and physical damage to skilled staff, including death and long term disability
oxygen and plenty of it. Hospitals in US and UK are reporting inadequate supplies There's no SOC without oxygen.
ICU bed. About $10K per day regardless of SOC or Rem-L
multiple drugs, even if cheaper than Rem-L
probably other expenses I can't think of because I'm lucky enough not to have been there

And if a Rem-L treatment gets patients out of ICU sooner (and healthier?) all of those costs are reduced.
