It wouldn't surprise me if Novartis did pull the pin. There's something weird about the relationship when it involves 'competitor' RUX anyway.
I was surprised when Novartis appeared. I've long had in mind two very specific pharma who could be coming to save the world. I think they would like the kudos.
Or maybe not. Naysayers could be right and SHs have been too starry eyed, the golden age we thought was coming is going to be a few more years of the Orwellian boot on the face, that Josh Bloom of the American Council of Science and Health so powerfully describes:
"We are all one illness or accident from being in the same sinking ship that is already overloaded with millions of Americans".
