I hope you are all well rested and ready for another trading week.

The weekend's discussions were riveting again - I couldn't help but stay out of all of that!
Fancy all those non-holders who are constantly posting on stocks that they don't own - wow such a sense of civic duties rolleyes.png
Everyone is free to post on HC on any stocks they want, but you have to wonder why would people give up their valuable weekend time to post often on a stock that they don't own - go figure!

Now that they had their say and all the mum and dad investors are saved, you'd think it's about time they put their cape down hey - no chance mad.png

    Anyway, back to MSB
Yes, it has upset me that we've missed another PE.
But, I have accepted that this is part of the burden of bringing a paradigm shift in medical treatment.
Being a pioneer in MSC is complex and yet it's so easy for us SHs to be critical.
Imagine if they went harder with CHF end-point (mortality) and softer with Covid-19 ARDS end-point (e.g. ICU days) - what could have been?

With CLBP, Rex-L can help with the opioid crisis e.g. trial resulted in a reduction in 40% opioid use.
The opioid crisis is one of the biggest US story and that could explain the difference in thinking about CLBP results between MESO and MSB.

So where to from here, what's in the horizon?

    1. Covid-19 ARDS data - 60 days is due this week, so maybe data to be released next week
    2. Novartis - expect some update next week on the back of #1. I can't see them walk away, this is a strategic partnership after all. If they stay, it is a vote of confidence and $50m boost to Mesoblast funds right away! Bang - no more CR discussions
    3. CHF partnership - 60% reduction in cardiac death in NYHA class II patients (p=0.037) and prevention of progression to NYHA class III rate of cardiac death. This is a big deal and therefore partnership discussions have been on going. If I was SI, I would have a backup plan. You'd think Novartis has the first go of extending their strategic partnership with CHF. But, if Novartis walks - then I would expect SI to have a back up plan and have another company ready to sign up. SI is well aware of the damage if Novartis walks without a backup plan
    4. Ryoncil - news on the dispute process must be coming up soon. Otherwise, SI would not have stuck to 6months delay of Ryoncil approval and the sales team should have been stood down already!
    5. CLBP - well, this is gonna take a bit longer now. But, you'd think the immediate plans are Grunenthal update and US partnerships

If you are a bit jittery, have a read of some of these gems - despite a sea of BS from naysayers:

    My feelings atm

As for me, I'm quite relaxed with my investment in MSB.
But, I'm eager to see Mesoblast progress and see how my list above goes in the next fortnight

IMO MSC has been proven to work.
Now it's up to Mesoblast to work hard to gain an AA or EUA biggrin.png
The SP has so much upside to go

I better throw in a disclaimer...
I'm not here advising any new investors to buy.You have to DYOR. There's risks and rewards.
I'm here to enjoy the ride with existing MSB'ers - like minded investors and maybe nudge to HODL wink.png
