You do realise the Novartis partnership is for Covid Ards right? And there is a very real possibility they will walk away pending the release of phase 3 data which was stopped as unlikely to meet PE.
There is no/zero/zip agreements with Novartis for CHF and/or CLBP. I think it is you who should check what meds you are on or at the very least your eyesight.
