Schwab just asked to borrow my shares with an interest rate of 30% to me. Today. What is going on? I said no, the shorts can burn, but I like the view into what's going on. In truth Schwab just takes them, notifies me, and then I say no and get them back. I've never seen a rate that high, tho.
This was on yahoo finance forum yesterday not sure if its true might help explain todays price shorts are still happy to play meso shares . Not happy !!
