• And a good article provided by @Chau165https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/51588180/single which gives a prelude to the Mesoblast story, as IMO the Mesoblast story has yet to start in earnest - but, already we had more twists and turns than Game of Thrones.

Definitely we have to watch out for those White Walkers (Sharts) and their army of trolls

A bit of conjecture from me...
What's the story with Novartis and the recent SurgCenter placement.

IMO Novartis deal has not gone as good as we've hoped for, they may have been either not willing to put high upfront $$$ for CHF, ready to walk away or threatened to walk away from ARDS.
Due to limited funds Mesoblast was in a weak position at the negotiation table.
Now the table has turned and it's up to Novartis to make a business call do they want to proceed with this collaboration or not. This call will be made on science and strategic directions rather than a game of poker!
IMO I believe they will continue

From a SurgCenter point of view, why would such a conservative group of Surgeons put US$110m into a business that has not passed recent P3 PEs? Because, the data is overwhelming - the treatment works!

Anyway, enough of conjectures from me.
The good news is that we should get an update via a CC within a fortnight, with any luck - this week
