Col, as I don't know what fact you're talking about, all I can say is I was warning both before and after the facts, whatever they were/are, I think you missed the bit where I wrote "ThereAbouts warned the same thing numerous times over the last nine months."
Also, sorry I can't tell where I was in September to let these "people know the risks that the FDA decision could in fact be negative ?", all I know is I've been warning of the risks of MSB being a highly speculative bio tech for nine months.
