Personally I think MSB is now trading like it should, slow progress till announcements and the market will only value it modestly one way or the other.
A very large number of traders have been making donations to Mr Short, it could take them years before they have confidence to re enter the MSB market. I suspect this could be the primary reason that Mr Short is making a gradual exit.
