I know the fear is high but this afr article and another spam of negative posts is textbook shakedown so the whales can accumulate your costs are bargain prices prior to an upswing based on news. What fundamentals have actually changed in the past month? Nothing. Delays yes but change no. We see this in the crypto markets all the time. Eg last 2 weekend flash crashes in a row. Someone tweets sec is going to target crypto coins for tax avoidance and market drops 30% except it was a lie and the tweet got deleted after it was reported by every agency as fact.
