APT is a bunch of guys playing with financial models and working out how to make money at every turn (not that there is anything wrong with that) and as such they are very focused on the PR piece and how to engage retail/retailers and the like.
Then there is MSB...... everyone wants them to be a bunch of slick "Disallowed" sales guys and rip out bags of cash. Basically, it is a group of idealistic doctors and scientists that see their names on Nobel Science prizes and up in lights in medical journals where they will be forever immortalized. A by-product of them achieving this will be a skyrocketing SP and a heap of happy SHs, but I dont think any of us should expect that they are really focused on keeping us happy while they are head down in the lab.
