Hi ,The significant change to short term earnings is due to the deferral of milestone payments from Grunenthal attached to the commercialisation deal for MPC-06-ID for the treatment of chronic lower back pain. This adjustment reduces FY21 revenues by $57m. The company is yet to engage with the FDA on the design of the phase 3 confirmatory study and we now expect recruitment of a phase 3 to begin not before 4Q CY22.
