between the 8th and the 9th, only 400k shorters had reportedly closed out their positions (or at least that was the net movement), but that represented 1/6~ of the trading that day (2.5m~ volume). price was up 7 cents on the 9th. Keen to see what June the 11th looks like for shorts...
