Au contraire@col69. I have a feeling that presented against all other therapies on respiratory function improvement , 7 point ordinal scale and discharge times from hospital, we might have enough data to show we should be given an EUA.
This is new information i think. The ability to substantially assist in patient recovery and discharge times as opposed to just keeping patients alive is in my view a winner….as I believe it is a major criteria for favourable EUA evaluation. The main issue now is the low number of patients at 73 in the subset…but this is VERY encouraging for a confirmatory trial. I am going to stick my neck out and suggest this will be enough for an EUA. I could be entirely wrong of course but I will be consulting others on my views over the next few days to see if this initial view is merited.
