I agree.
Novartis as well as MSB are going to be pushing the FDA hard for that EUA.
Novartis are the bigger dog and will know the ins and out required to obtain the EUA and they want the cash to be rolling in during the phase 4 confirmatory trial that they will be funding! They would want payback to be as soon as possible.
