@Pharmagang Great post - this is the essence of my argument with @alhambra.
US$5B sounds a lot now, as it is roughly 5 times MSB' current MC... but, it's not that much when compared to analysis that you've posted.
Having someone like SI with so much skin in the game is a great protection for SHs.
He's not going to give away Mesoblast cheaply - no way, not after the elongated journey that he has endured.
BTW - how's this angle... NVS made a offer, JM recommended to SI he should take it...SI's response was "there's the door"
