I am an options trader by profession. MSB and OCC hobbies/investments.
MSB is what I'd call a massive kurtosis possibility. Early options traders lost money underestimating the propensity of stocks to make massive moves vs a lognormal distribution suggestions of statistical moves. MSB is a very volatile call option. This thing could go to $3 on the stroke of a Novartis pen on the dotted bottom line (possibly any day now).
The US premium shows how silly the Aussie mkt is being (US mkt generally being more informed on bio-tech possibilities - Aussie bio-tech coverage is terrible)
