Agree that MSB should continue to progress with the FDA but can’t understand the shortsightedness of this company. The FDA should not be a restriction to the advancement of its products in other markets.
The company has had success in Japan; why hasn’t this been followed-up and expanded upon.
The person(s) hired for their knowledge of the workings of the FDA have clearly failed and should be fired immediately and replaced with; I DON’T KNOW, suggest someone with knowledge of the Japanese regulatory system.
I understand that there was to be an EU trial for its CLBP product which has now changed to a US trial making the company even more beholdin to the FDA. The person who suggested/orchestrated this change should also be fired immediately.
