The SP is in the toilet because the market has lost faith in the deal because it has taken so freaking long. You are floundering around attempting to convince people that these delays are 'standard fare'? You are embarrassing yourself and eroding what little worth you profess to have in these matters.
SI was a sap for agreeing to whatever clause was included that now leaves the company in a state of immobility. We are in quick sand and the SP is an indication of how deep. I hope for the best but I'll not be shocked with his lack of business nous again.
He said 'weeks' months ago. A very good indication that he has no freaking idea and is being led around by his nose because he's just sold the cow for magic beans!
