Ive been on the sidelines contemplating dipping my toes in for about 10 months now. Happy that I haven’t to date but will continue to monitor.
There is a DISTINCT lack of progress with MSB.
Lots of hype and no definitive plan of action from the board.
Id prefer pay a 50% premium to today’s SP down the line when there’s more “substance” than invest right now.
