And, in relation to the 4 points he made, only point 1 would seem to be relevant. All the rest apply to all new treatments where a claimed life saving treatment is being trialed.

I would not think the FDA will want to cut corners on an unproven stems treatment. Too many previous dodgy outfits would mean the FDA will not want to approve until it is confirmed to actually work. Particularly as the cost per treatment is enormous.

Not sure why MSB is so against control trials. Maybe it only works sometimes or not very well.
