Anyone can research US court process to understand what I posted. I merely helped those that cared to read to understand what was being alleged, and the US process. As for the allegations themselves - like most of these matters it probably will not be judicially determined.

And reread the posts without your emotional attachment or confirmation bias. i did not state they already had 40-50 class members. I said that US process requires at least 40-50 as part of its class action procedures.

The last I cared to look, the southern New York Court had agreed to amalgamate competing class actions.
