Funny thing that happens when the quarterly ownership reports come out is that institutions that have been accumulating have to disclose their ownership.
Even though share price has gone down institutional ownersip will have increased
Relentless stock price declining not only shakes out weak investors but also makes it easier to cap the share price on good news. The real accumulation from big money happens when long time retail sells and derisks a percentage of their holdings. Know what you own my friends!
