question.
Whoever may be lending out shares to short,,,aren't they concerned that by doing this it erodes confidence and lowers the s.p. of what they are holding?
Or are they somehow aware that sometime in the future the s.p. is going to boom,, but in the meantime safely making money by lending out?
Ultimately a short wants to push the share price to near zero, but how does that benefit the original holder of the shares?
