In AFR today that a shareholder far from happy with ARQ board and wants AZA takeover bid cancelled. Evidently Mineralogy is looking to hold up to 10% of ARQ shares and is calling for review of ARQ board.
Don't see what's wrong with AZA myself, maybe NXS might be able to get a lookin after all?.
