Not sure but I do not take Novartis interest, involvement as a sure result. I wouldn't be surprised that the contact have some fine print such as:"...if it work we stay, if it doesn't....goodbye !"
This said, when I thought that the FDA approval was a 110% sure thing, and most of us did, I was...very surprised to say the least. It is what it is. So maybe now that it doesn't look as sure, it may well work !
After nearly a year of mixed high and low, now, the only sure thing is...there isn't any thing sure...
The future of the SP, is a bit of a gamble....so to every one, gamble responsibly...and don't forget to have fun !! and don't blame other for your choice !!
I still do believe that under $3 it maybe a good time to entry
