The SP is in the toilet because the market has lost faith in the deal because it has taken so freaking long. SI was a sap for agreeing to whatever clause was included that now leaves the company in a state of immobility. We are in quick sand and the SP is an indication of how deep. I hope for the best but I'll not be shocked with his lack of business nous again.

He said 'weeks' months ago. A very good indication that he has no freaking idea and is being led around by his nose because he's just sold the cow for magic beans!

You are blaming the SP on the down rampers here? Get a grip! They are here because of the SP! The SP rises and they go, not the other way around!
