I am assuming from this article that Trump is referring to generic drugs. Generic drugs are medications that are no longer covered by patent therefore copies can be made at a cheaper price. These tend to be made in India and China.
I don't think Trump will be denying US citizens access to patented drugs that are made overseas.
Also, MSCs are not a drug.
Hasn't America put in an order for the vaccine that is being developed in Britain?
If our trial for Covid 19 proves to be effective, do you honestly think that Trump will deny US citizens access to this treatment because stocks were make off shore? I doubt it. He can kiss his Presidency goodbye if he does.
