i made some phone calls and spoke with julie meldrum from msb limited and Rob from msb inc. Julie didn't provide anything we don't already know although Rob from new york was confident about the FDA approval. He said the FDA is going through formalities and nothing unexpected has come up and they are anticipating a positive outcome. After the call I bought in again at $3.09
