My small contribution for today.....In my experience Oncologists are some of the most forward thinking doctors around.
Always researching for that new thing that will help with their treatment options and willing to embrace new treatments.
I have nothing but respect for Oncology ....my oncologist helped save my life with treatments that simply should I have presented a few years beforehand wouldn't have been an option. His forward thinking and his residents wonderful sense of humour is something I never forget.
As I was told during one chemo round ....Oncology Doc comes up to me pats me knee and asks so did you get the good stuff as I ordered ?? He looks down at my bag of meds and says Oh Yes there they are .....much to my amusement the rest of the patients in the treatment room shout out ....we want the good stuff too give us that doc
So come on docs bring us the good stuff .....keep the faith
