Agree. However, considering how sophisticated their risk assessment frameworks and procedures are for capital investment, I see this as a paltry yet positive sign of interest from serious institutional investors. Clear message “we are watching”.
Also, an indication of who and how quick will be moving in if and when uncertainty reduces to the acceptable levels for them. It looks like those levels aren’t that far away.
