Dear holders,

well.. let me leave my 2 cents...In this beauty Sunday morning !

Now, if u expect every day a new rally is pretty optimistic and can bring high frustrations.

Please consider that plenty people invested during the range 1.30 to 4.80. Meaning... all that guys are on profit and easy some just want take some off the table.
That creates some pressure down. But this is very specific and cant go later than another 1-2-3 days.( Meso ended very bullish what also helps to make people feel more confident)

We have in horizon now 4 major announcements and each one will provide upside WITHOUT new selling pressure (because the ones are remaining are starting to look as a long term hold.. thinking to achieve much better results like 6-10-20)

The first major announcement I think should be a DEAL between MSB and LONZA(or ..?) informing they are vamping a big volume of capacity to supply to entire AMERICAN MARKET . This announcement, I believe will be huge because they may come with some parallel info about other units outside USA also will be licensed to go ahead with REM-L to serve that markets ( imagine for example in few weeks be able to supply to India, Mexico, Brazil, etc.

The second major announcement I have expectation involve the COVID TRIAL - 90 patients. They must inform (good or bad) the results of this trial and confirm if was achieved overwealming efficacy or not .I'm positive in the hope of this ann. in spite is a completely question mark.
BUT !
The previous two trials (China and Mt Sinai) plus the approved of committee of efficacy of GVHD give me real feeling the odd are pretty good .

The third announcement in last than 40 days from today involve FDA giving full approval of REM-L. I don't expect this one will promote huge upside mainly because is perfectly factored, but always is good to remove the 0.001% chance of "NO" (I cant even imagine under what circumnstances FDA will go against 9 of his high class physicians and dispute their findings and conclusions. Could be really something completely outside of normal to happen.

But such approval will create a 4th announcement:

MSB in anticipation of all that events created a 20 people sales force team with experienced leadership in the department.
This guys, I'm betting 100% probably this MONDAY are starting schedule meeting with major hospital, distributors, wholesalers, major dealers in pharma industry to "take orders".

Sounds stupid to re-state but like my mom used to say... better re-state several times one intelligent think than say one single time something stupid.
As such, lets remind we are talking at that time a therapy with:

> NO ALTERNATIVE
> 100% APROVED BY FDA

Meaning, that all that "buyers" will not ask "trials" lots, experiments, or shy orders. They will

BUY

I cant imagine when will come the first order, but I'm positive as soon comes people (I'm talking about real big funds everywhere) will seat and put their teams (some I'm positive are doing that just now) to estimate the PRESENT VALUE of the profits and some estimatition of revenue.
That will promote a double wave or purchases of share.
A good number of small and medium retail buying as result of VIBE and ALL IN, but most important than that, this large FUNDS will start accumulate few share in a daily permanent (and silent) acquisition.

I have a suspicious that at least one started this FRIDAY. They will not place 100million offer to buy. They will come every day and buy 100K-200K-500k... But that pressure is huge, because have the power to just KILL any eventual sell action.
Now try imagine just few of them in daily basis operating in Buy mood.

That action (j my view and please don't rely or take as financial advice because it is NOT) will came at same time the rate-agencies will start re-rate again and again the share. Probably we will experience in 3 months 2 re-rates. That also promote a huge confidence in market.

I remember many years ago when some people ask to RUDY PHILIPEK (FNARENA) when he feels is a good time to buy, he stated when several rate agencies at same time start publish new and strong buy, usually is a good time to jump in.
I see that happening as results of the current and near future announcements.
