I was trying to moderate Dony last ambitious post. That's it about time and approval and sales and revenues.

I still feel that the likelihood of the Ryoncil treatment being approved by the FDA by 30 Sep is around 75%. But What happens in the 13 AUG meeting will taint that view. Big Pharma has the incredible ability just to delay things for ever,.

Lets see what happens in the US until mid Oct if there are no ruffles t we shall see SP 5.50. But less confident than a week ago.

Firstly do deals with the rest of the world. With a couple of exceptions (patent worries, I'll let you guess)

Have to deal with the US although tedious and very very protracted fighting the big pharma's, but very lucrative (but costly) if you succeed.
