Interested how you see aGHVD being approved but then say $5.50 SP. That sounds like a confusing conclusion.
Also think you are putting too much emphasis on Big Pharma and Mesoblast. There is no product available for aGHVD so if FDA delay or reject, then they would need very good reasons as their reputations would be on the line. Particularly in the current environment with Trump coming down hard on Big Pharmas, times are changing.
