read the whole lot of the documents provided just some..might help you NOT PANIC
I actually do not know much about trading..however I do know humans can behave like lemmings..myself included..
I have lost more money panicking in my short time doing this.
i will wait..and not panic today as the entire report has some great positive information in it..
