Thanks for the link, I had not read the PM documents and that's definitely a little more concerning for me. I guess it comes down to the reasons for not meeting the primary endpoint in the double blind randomised control trials, at this point. Given the product is already in commercial use in a developed economy (Japan) it would seem to be trial design that could be the issue.
The call on Friday will be interesting, it looks like the path to marketability will be fraught with regulatory hurdles, at least.
