So the ODAC want assurance of Mesoblast's ability to produce volume and maintain quality. Pretty standard expectation, Msb is well aware and along with prospective manufacturer's are well prepared to provide that info.

Mesoblast is a volatile biotech with a large proportion of retail investors. These factors make it very attractive to short's and institution's, short's love this situation as it's easy to exploit any negative or doubt's to there advantage.

FDA & warp speed are closely monitoring therapies for covid19 and would be all over Mesoblast's potential & ready to act. The point being if manufacture is an issue raised by ODAC they could see it as a problem easily countered by providing millions of dollars to an US based manufacturer. Any prospective manufacturer would see this as a fantastic opportunity and would already working to position themselves to address any doubt's.

Personally I believe Mesoblast has carefully planned there covid19 trials to finish after FDA approval, which would pave the way for covid19. A successful approval for an effective covid19 therapy is something which would significantly reduce the death rate and in turn allow economies to open up fully thus reducing the trillions of dollars being spent on economic relief around the world. How much is this worth???
