Ddwn while I might not like your approach you are correct on the theory of valuation for a company like MSB based on industry and stage of growth.
Imagine walking up to a venture capitalist and telling them not to invest in early stage companies because they don’t have positive cash flow (Peter Thiel and Facebook). If you would like a biotech example, Merck paying 400mm usd for a company without a dollar of revenue (VLA)
The flip side of this coin is the litany of failures VC invest in, which is why investing in potential is high risk vs reward strategy. Cashflow is great but not a must for valuations
