IMO (DYOR), the November announcement has not been priced it simply because there is no guarantee (although I personally believe/hope it will be positive- again DYOR). The price we are at now is pretty much where we were after the results of the GVHD was finalized. The day of the announcement re: November announcement, the SP lifter (unfortunately I took the bait), but on the same day it dropped and continued to drop to where we are now (bearing in mind short man showed increased shorting on that and subsequent days). The analysts have a price target of about $3.95 from memory, or there about - that IMO (DYOR lol) is where it’s been priced in.
