I am rather surprised at the general consensus that the results haven't been factored in. I feel that if for some odd reason these results were less than successful but were mealy interesting I would expect a retraction in SP . Failure is of no concern as that would have been reported some time ago . I would expect some momentum if the results were found to be a success although still needing a larger P3 to proceed to the FDA for approval. Then we have the potential that the results are compelling and FDA approval is a formality, hold on rerate in progress . Of course with a little bit of luck and imagination we could see resaults that have a greater impact on the huge CHF market and our P3 trial in which case we will see rockets flying !
The next few weeks will be lumpy and the apparent lack of confidence and general confusion in the market will add to the sharp price movement , not a great place for very short term traders as the movement is to sharp to be able to take advantage of the 3 -4% movement in the dally SP. Traders will gradually reenter as we get closer to D day and the SP will strengthen.
