We don't know how many sellers there are just how many sale orders...so the premise of your question is wrong.
Even if there was 2x the sellers as buyers, this would not necessarily prevent it going over $2 again this week. You actually only need one buyer to put in a sufficiently large buy order for $2.01 and it will go over $2
It might keep plummeting and it might not, you can't say it will just because it has broken 'resistance' at $1.90...hope this helps
