Your right they have been no help and more likely they are blocking the road. Quite a number of people here have expressed the idea that a non Pharma partner, as in a new era disruptive entity could be a far better option if the right one presents itself. I liken it to the situation with big banks and their scandalous sidecar operations in credit cards and financial advice. Their corruptness is beyond dispute, and so far beyond dispute that their bad behavior is now rocking the foundations of our regulatory structures (ASIC). As soon any legitimate alternative low cost fintech proposition like Afterpay comes along threatening to succeed and disrupt part of the bank monopoly, they (banks) and socialist bed wetters in consumer affairs and Fairfax media (what an unlikely marriage there) are off screeching for a Senate inquiry. That could easily end up as a heads we win - tails you lose outcome for the poor sucker consumer. And that I worry is how it could end up if Pharma can overpower the likes of MSB - or more likely retard their progress (more than they have already retarded it). A few more years in Limbo could sap our ability to stay afloat - setting up for takeover of course. I'm not convinced November 11 is in the bag. The company has for a very long time been under attack from the strongest forces of computerized shorting/market manipulation the world has ever seen, and which easily control listed companies at their will.... So many examples it's not funny. Look at Aconex if you want somewhere to start, or try the top Lithium miners like Pilbara. Just keep this in mind - they will be waiting for MSB retail holders like marksmen snipers in bunkers if/when the action starts.

I hope I will be celebrating too, but if we go up into $3 levels there likely will be a wall of traders waiting for us - unless a blockbuster deal hits the ground in which case we will tear straight through to $4/$5 in my opinion....all the best holders.
