I doubled up today with a six figure purchase. I hate stocks with high levels of cash burn but the case for MSB is so compelling. I note other posters highlighting previous false dawns in the history of the Company... with Teva , etc., but sensible investors should focus on the fact that MSB will be submitting their FDA application for aGVHD “early” in the first quarter. My take on SI most recent interview ? The market cap is already copper bottomed by the valuation for aGVHD. Negotiations on a near term global partnership deal for cardiac or CLBP, including a major cash upfront payment, will completely transform the risk profile of this company.

Before everyone jumps on me and calls me naive we have to consider the fact that with clinical trials for a host of products being so advanced ...we are definitely coming to an inflexion point in Q1 19.

As another poster ( I think ecool) has pointed out, short volumes have reached up to 18% of daily volume in recent days. These guys appreciate that the best form of defence is offence . A classic sign of short activity is to hold down a stock price after a “good news” day to stop it building up momentum and attracting  the attention of new investors. Then occasionally they shake the tree and close out over leveraged PIs who get margin called. One or two of the posters on this website appear to be deliberately sowing seeds of doubt...but IF SI concludes a major deal they will probably change their handle and return in another guise. 

Let me be clear. The valuation of this company is peanuts and there is a strong likelihood all is about to change. Unless the investment thesis is undermined  by the release of new clinical data , which is always a possibility, I feel very confident with my purchase. GLA.
