I'm curious as to what it is you think I have said that "should be listened to"? I'd argue a lot of what I point out is what lawyers may refer to as points of law, as opposed to actual evidence. Particularly the comments to which you have responded. 

Like you I hope I make some money out of a new treatment. But I also realise that if MSB gets their money wrong then someone else will buy the pieces and it will likely still get to market, and someone else will make the money. 

I have invested what I have available in MSB because I too see it as a good play. Doesn't mean I have to like the way the go about everything and every good shareholder should be willing to contribute to a diiscussion on both the risks and rewards of a company.
