Because people like Reggie (and others including me). Have seen that happen with MSB for literally the last 3/4 years.
Good ANN. Stock goes up. Then it just goes down again and often beneath its pre-ANN price.
Why? Very simple its cash burn rate and constant need for CR's.
Yes its ANN is very good but until the next CR is decided or partnerships are the market will continue to look at this company as one with "great promise" but a lot of questionmark issues (like the CR and where ARE the partnerships?)
Those 2 when combined drag on the SP heavily and will continue to do so until resolved.
