The balance is shifting and according to Scott Gottlieb FDA Commissioner so is the paradigm.
Cell Therapy isn't just a dream. Its reality and one day in the not too distant future I see Mesoblast being taken seriously for its years of R&D and not just used as a stock of manipulation.
p.s I've seen many an occasion where the price is manipulated higher as well!
