Ecool, At least 4-5 times I have stated what you have said in your last post 5th.paragraph.. " it appears it's being churned by the same people daily (buying and selling ) " I will add to that, again I believe it is being churned by an insto. A sub holder In fact and has been for a long time .
Some say breakout !! Some say shorters are capping it , as you inferred they can buy low sell high as often as they wish but also they can balance their holdings daily,weekly , etc ..Until they change their patten this will continue,until a major announcement is made, at the moment MSB is a golden goose to them and of course will be in the future ..
