Ecool2 is a highly respected former fund manager.. his analysis second to none. My understanding and recollection was he followed MSB pre CEPH days.
Not one (1) of the LTH's (including Silviu; Thorney; M& G; HC holders etc.) envisioned the atrocious CPL issued by FDA which for their 1st time in history overruled the FDA's version of the Jury. Has there ever been a case in history where the Judge has overruled the Jury ?
So aGVHD is on appeal and IMO, the facts and truth will prevail.
Clearly the LTH's see value in the the recent P3 data readouts for CHF and CLBP. I wont restate the reasons as the results speak for themselves .. but in simple terms .. the cells work.
Everyone knows this (as would Novartis) ... and it would be very short sighted for any Pharma to ignore this.
I really do hope Ecool2 comes back .. he will be welcomed with Open arms.
