While not naming Novartis, I think he is saying Novartis is the likely parntnership still, or in his suggestiveness- a partner in this space - as clearly there is an oustanding benifit with complimentary use.
Si still used the terms ...in the near future with the FDA discussions.. and sort of stumbled on an exact time line as i think he was about to give that... but annoyingly he checked his word to short or near term- and that could mean what ?? in terms of trial taking 5 years, near term is 1year. ... near term means to me within weeks.
anyway looks positive to me.
